VIVIENDA BUILDTECH LLP

VIVIENDA BUILDTECH LLP is based at 39 E on Akashneem Marg. This is right in DLF Phase 2. It’s a well-known area in Gurugram, mostly residential but with some offices like ours tucked away. Our building is quite simple. We chose this spot because it's easy to get to the main roads from here. The street is lined with trees, which is nice during the summer months when the sun is beating down. Inside, the office is just a regular workspace. We have a few tables and some old filing cabinets that have seen better days. We don't really do the whole corporate image thing. It’s more about getting the job done than having a polished front. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at different sites across Haryana. When we are here, we are usually caught up in logistics or checking budgets. The neighbors are mostly quiet, which is a change from the busier parts of the city. We’ve been at this address for a while now and have gotten used to the local routine. The traffic on the main road can be a mess in the evenings, so we often stay a bit later to avoid it. It’s a practical place for a buildtech firm to operate from without all the extra fluff you see in the big glass buildings nearby. We just handle our business and keep things moving along.
