Urbannest Buildcon Llp is located at A 1/ 302 in the Parsavnath Exotica complex. We’re right on Golf Course Road in Sector 53, which is a busy part of town with a lot of new buildings going up. Our office is a place where we sit down to plan out construction projects and talk through designs. It’s a nice enough space, but we try not to spend all our time inside. The real work happens out where the dust is. Being on Golf Course Road means we’re right in the middle of all the growth happening in this area. We’ve seen empty lots turn into huge towers in just a few years. It’s interesting to be a part of that, even in a small way. We don’t use a lot of big words or try to act like we’re something we aren't. We’re just a team of builders and planners who know how to put a project together. Sometimes things go wrong, like a pipe leaking or a shipment being late, and we just deal with it as it comes. We’ve learned that the best way to keep things moving is to stay calm and talk to people directly. It’s a busy life, but we wouldn’t have it any other way.
