Theracare Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Clinic

You can find us on the second floor of building 14 in the F Block Market of South City 2. It is a typical Gurgaon market building, so you have to head up the stairs to get to Theracare Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Clinic. The space is mostly filled with treatment tables, some exercise balls, and some machines we use for therapy. We see a lot of people coming in with sports injuries or just general aches and pains from sitting at desks too long. Because we are in the market, there is always the sound of traffic and people downstairs, but we have gotten used to it. The clinic is not very large, so it can feel a bit full when we have a few people doing their exercises at the same time. We do not have a big reception staff or anything, just the therapists and the patients working through their routines. There is a lot of talking and instructions being given out. It is a practical place, not somewhere you go for luxury. The walls have some anatomical posters on them, and there are always towels that need folding. We have been here in South City 2 for a bit, and we know many of the shopkeepers downstairs. It is a good community to be part of. People usually come in after their morning walk or after work, so those are our busiest times. We just keep things moving and help people get back to their normal routines.
