SYSBUILD VENTURES LLP is located in unit No. 208/208A at M3M Urbana. We are in Sector-67, which is near the Sadar Bazar area of Gurgaon. It is an interesting spot because you have the newer developments like M3M Urbana right next to the more traditional parts of the city. Our office is just a regular workspace where we spend most of our time. We have two units combined, 208 and 208A, so there is enough room for all of us to sit and work without bumping into each other too much. Haryana-122001 is a busy place to be, but we have settled in well. We do not have any big mission statements or anything like that. We just come in, do what we need to do for the day, and then go home. The office is practical and does not have a lot of fancy furniture. We prefer it that way because it feels more real to us. Sometimes we walk over to the market area for lunch if we have the time. Most of the time, though, we are just focused on the projects we have going on. It is a decent place to work from, and the location in Sector-67 works well for our needs. We are not a corporate giant, just a local venture trying to keep things moving forward. It is a simple setup for a simple business, and we think it works just fine for what we do.
