Snap Kitchen

Our place, Snap Kitchen, is up on the first floor at Sco 46 in the Main Huda Market of Sector 31, Gurgaon. We are right above the Bank of Baroda. You have to walk up the stairs to find us. It’s a good spot because the market is always full of people doing their errands. We see a lot of bank customers who come up for lunch after they finish their business downstairs. The market can be a bit of a maze with all the different shops, but we've been here long enough that people know where we are. Inside, it’s just a regular kitchen and a small seating area. It’s not a huge space, but it’s enough for what we do. We focus on getting the food out hot and fresh. Sometimes the delivery guys are standing around waiting for orders, and it gets a bit cramped near the door. We try to keep things organized, but on busy nights, it can get a little chaotic in the kitchen. That’s just part of the job. We don’t have a fancy website or a marketing person. We just rely on the people living here in Sector 31 to keep coming back. The rent in Gurgaon is pretty high, so we have to work hard to keep things going. We enjoy the work though. It feels good to see people enjoying a meal they bought from us. It’s just a basic, honest business for us every day.
