Singh Saab Chicken Corner

We've got this small shop, Singh Saab Chicken Corner, over in Sector 22 in Gurgaon. It’s Shop No-106, right in the main market area. We’ve been here for a while now, mostly serving the crowd that comes through the market in the evenings. It isn't a big place with lots of seating, just a small corner where we focus on the cooking. My brother and I started this because we wanted to work for ourselves. The market gets very busy on weekends, especially near Sector-22 A, so it can get a bit hectic around our stall. We mostly do tandoori items and some gravy dishes that people take home for dinner. The charcoal grill stays hot most of the night. We try to get the spices right every time, though some days are busier than others and we run out of things early. It’s a practical setup, nothing polished or corporate. Just a counter, some stoves, and us working. We get our meat fresh every morning from the local supplier. Some people stand and eat right there on the pavement, and others just wait in their cars for their packets. The lights in the market are bright, and there’s always noise from the traffic nearby. We don't have a website or anything fancy, we just show up and start the fire. If you’re around the Sector 22 main market, you’ll see our sign hanging up. We keep things honest and simple here, just cooking food the way we know how to do it.
