SELVI BUILDCON LLP

We are located at 101 on the first floor of Shanker Market in Sohna. Being in the market means there is always a lot of noise and people moving around downstairs. SELVI BUILDCON LLP is a small outfit. We don't have a huge staff or a lot of fancy equipment. We mostly coordinate things from the office and then spend our afternoons out on the sites around Sohna and Gurgaon. The market is a good place to be because we can grab what we need nearby. Our office has a few chairs, a couple of desks, and a lot of blueprints that are usually rolled up in the corner. We aren't the type to spend money on expensive decor. We’d rather focus on making sure the materials arrive on time. Sohna is growing fast, and we’re just a small part of that growth. Sometimes the power goes out in the market and we just sit there talking until it comes back on. It’s a very human way of doing business. We know the shopkeepers downstairs and the folks in the other offices. We don't use any big marketing words. We just do construction work and try to be honest about what it costs and how long it takes. It’s a tough business, but we’ve been at it for a while now. We just take it one day at a time and try to stay busy.
