Ruby Tuesday - Gurgaon

Our location is in DLF City Centre, Phase II, which is a pretty busy part of Gurgaon. We are at Cs-27 and 28. If you work in any of the big office buildings around here, you probably know the mall. It’s a lot of concrete and glass around us. The crowd is mostly office workers during the week, people coming in for a quick break or a meeting. Then on the weekends, it shifts to more families. Gurgaon is always moving fast, and being in DLF Phase II means we are right in the thick of it. We don't have a lot of downtime. The kitchen is almost always doing something. We aren't doing anything revolutionary, just running a restaurant in a high-traffic area. The mall environment is a bit predictable—the AC is always on, and the floors are always being polished. We just focus on our section and making sure people get what they ordered. It’s a lot of work staying on top of everything when it gets busy. We’ve got a small team that handles the floor and the back. It’s just a regular part of the city’s landscape now. Some days are smoother than others, but we try to keep things steady. Being in a mall means there’s always something going on nearby, whether it’s a promotion or just people walking their dogs. We’re just here doing our job and keeping things running day to day.
