RISHALI BUILDTECH LLP

We share the address at 329/2 in Village Bajghera, just a short walk from the HDFC Bank. This is where we run RISHALI BUILDTECH LLP. People sometimes get our name mixed up with others, but we focus more on the technical side of the building process. It’s still a lot of construction work, but we spend more time thinking about how the different materials and structures fit together. The village is changing fast and there are always new buildings going up, so we stay pretty busy. Our office is simple and usually has a bit of dust on the chairs because we’re constantly coming in from the sites. We started this firm because we wanted to do things our own way and ensure the work was done right. It isn’t always a smooth process. Some days the machinery breaks or the weather is just too much, but we just get back to it the next day. We don't spend money on big ads or fancy brochures. Most of our work comes from someone seeing what we did for their neighbor. We try to be reliable above everything else. If we say a wall will be done by Tuesday, we do our best to make that happen. It’s a basic way to operate, but it works for us and the people we build for here.
