Our place is at 329/2 in Village Bajghera, right near the HDFC Bank. It’s a handy spot for us to run RISHALI BUILDCON LLP. We usually start our mornings pretty early, getting the labor organized and making sure the trucks have what they need for the day. Village life suits us just fine, and we do most of our building work right in this surrounding area. We handle all the standard construction tasks like foundations and concrete. It’s hard, dusty work, but we’ve been doing it for years so we’re used to it. We aren't looking to become a massive corporation; we just want to do work that holds up over time. Sometimes the materials are late or the rain stops us for a few days, which is just how it goes in this business. We have a small group of workers who have stayed with us for a long time, and they know the quality we expect. Being near the bank makes the paperwork side of things a bit easier, but we’re much happier out on a site with a shovel or a level in our hands. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living. We talk to the people in the village, take on the jobs that come our way, and make sure everything is solid before we pack up. It’s just regular work for regular people.
