You can find us at H.90 in Block No. 1, right by the Sohna Adda in Badshahpur. Gurgaon is always growing, and RISECON CONSTRUCTION LLP is our small part of that growth. We’ve been based in this Haryana neighborhood for a while, dealing with all the local construction needs. It’s a lot of back-and-forth between the office and the various sites we have going on. The traffic around the adda is usually pretty bad, so we’ve learned to get an early start to beat the trucks. Our office isn't anything fancy; it’s mostly just a place to store files and meet with the guys to talk about the day’s work. We do a lot of residential stuff, helping folks add rooms or build their first proper home. We started this because we knew the trade and wanted to work for ourselves. It’s a lot of grit and sweat, and sometimes things don’t go exactly as planned, but we stay until the job is done. We don’t use any marketing tricks. Most people find us through word of mouth or by just seeing us working on a house nearby. We know the local soil and what materials work best for the houses here. It’s just us, doing the best we can with the tools and the time we have. There isn't any big corporate stuff here, just people building things.
