If you look for us, we are in Unit No 131 on the first floor of Vatika Towers in Wazirabad, Sector 54. It’s a pretty well-known building in this part of Gurgaon. Pyramid Propmoto is a partnership where we basically look at property and how to move things forward in the real estate market. The office is usually humming with the sound of the air conditioner and the printer going off. We chose Sector 54 because it is close to a lot of the residential hubs we work with. We are not some giant firm with hundreds of offices; it’s just this one spot in Block A. A typical day involves a lot of driving around to different sites and then coming back here to update the files. Sometimes we have clients sitting in the little waiting area, but mostly it’s just us working through emails. We don't use a lot of big words or try to act more important than we are. We just know the local market well and try to give honest answers when people ask us questions. The traffic near Vatika Towers can be a nightmare in the evenings, so we often end up staying a bit later just to avoid the rush. It’s a practical way to spend the day. We have been doing this for a while now, and we’ve learned that just showing up and doing the work is what matters most.
