Palm Tree Restaurant

This restaurant is part of the Hotel Palm Tree over in Gurgaon. We are located at A-22/4 on Palam Vihar Road. If you are looking for us, we are right opposite the C-2 Block. It is a busy road most of the time. Gurgaon moves fast, and there is always noise from the traffic outside our doors. We just focus on what is happening inside our walls. The kitchen gets very busy around noon. We have a crew that has been here for a bit, and we all know what we have to do. We do not spend time on fancy decorations or anything like that. We just make sure the chairs are straight and the floor is swept every morning. People coming from the nearby blocks stop by quite often. We see the same faces every now and then, which is nice. It is a practical setup for us. We serve the food, we clear the plates, and we start over the next day. Sometimes the air conditioning needs a look, or the door squeaks, and we fix it when we can find the time. It is just a normal restaurant in a busy city. We do not have a big story to tell anyone. We just open up in the morning and close late at night. The staff works hard, and we try to keep things simple for everyone who comes in to eat. That is just how we do things here.
