O.P.Z BUILDER AND DEVELOPER LLP

We are based out of B6 A1, DLF Park Drive, specifically in DLF Phase 5 over at The Summit in Gurugram. It’s a pretty modern area, 122002, but inside the office, it’s just us working. O.P.Z BUILDER AND DEVELOPER LLP is basically a group of people who know their way around construction. It’s not always glamorous like the buildings outside. We spend a lot of time on the phone, talking to vendors and checking on site progress. Gurgaon moves fast, so we try to keep up. Some days it feels like we are just chasing deadlines. We ended up at The Summit because it's a good hub for development work. Being in DLF Phase 5 means we see a lot of the new projects happening right out the window. It’s a lot of responsibility, making sure things are built right. We handle the paperwork, the site management, and all those little details that people don't usually see. We aren't big on fancy speeches. We prefer to just look at the site plans and get things moving. It gets hectic, especially when three things go wrong at once, but that's just a normal Tuesday for us. We’ve been around the area for a bit and know the local rules pretty well. It's just honest work at the end of the day, and we try to keep things simple and clear for everyone we work with.
