MR BUILDWELL LLP

MR Buildwell LLP is run out of a ground floor spot at K 3/32 in DLF II. If you’ve spent any time in DLF Phase 2, you know it’s a mix of homes and small offices, and we fit right in there. Our space isn't huge, but it's enough for what we do. We spend most of our mornings drinking tea and looking over whatever building project is currently on the desk. It gets a bit crowded when the site supervisors come in to report back on how things are going on the ground. There's usually a stack of blueprints or some site samples lying around the room because we don't have a lot of storage. People stop by sometimes just to ask about local work or to drop off invoices. We don't do anything too complicated, just the standard building tasks that keep us busy year-round. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet is slow, which makes the office work take twice as long, but we manage to get through it. It's a fairly quiet street most days, which is nice compared to the busier parts of the city. We aren’t trying to be the biggest firm out there. We just like having a local base where we can keep an eye on things. Most of the guys have been with us for a while, so we know how everyone works. It is just a regular local business trying to stay steady.
