MANECO INFRACON LLP

Our place, Maneco Infracon LLP, is right in the middle of things in Gurgaon. We are at 94 Royalton in DLF-5. If you’ve ever been to this part of Haryana, you know how fast everything moves. The traffic can be a real headache around Gurgaon, but being in DLF-5 puts us near a lot of the action. We spend a lot of our time looking at blueprints and talking to contractors. The office isn’t huge, but it’s enough for what we need to get done. We handle a lot of the ground-level work that goes into building stuff. Gurgaon has changed so much in the last few years, and we’ve been watching it happen from our desk. It’s a lot of spreadsheets and phone calls, mostly. Sometimes we have to run out to a site in the middle of the day, and that can take forever with the lights on the main roads. We don’t have any big marketing team or anyone to write fancy things for us. It’s just us doing the daily grind. The 122011 area is pretty busy, so there’s always something going on outside the window. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days, the desk gets covered in paper. That’s just the way it goes when you’re dealing with infracon projects. We like being local here because we understand how the permits and the local environment work. It’s a practical business for practical people who just want the building work finished without any fuss.
