Malabar biryani

Malabar Biryani is located at house number 1305 in Sector 39, Gurgaon. We are right in the middle of the sector, which is a quiet residential area compared to the main city. We focus mostly on making biryani. The kitchen is where we spend all our hours, starting early to get the rice and meat ready. It is a small operation, not one of those big food chains you see in the malls. We don’t spend money on advertising or fancy posters. Most people find us because they live nearby or their friends told them about us. The space we have is quite simple and we don’t have many decorations on the walls. It’s mostly about the work we do in the back. Gurgaon can be a very busy and expensive place, but we try to keep our little spot in Sector 39 grounded and normal. We have a couple of workers who help with the heavy lifting and the deliveries. Sometimes we get the timing a bit off when there are too many orders at once, but we do our best to catch up. It’s a local business run by people who just enjoy making biryani. We don’t have any mission statements or anything like that. We just open up, cook, and serve the people who come to our door. It is hard work but it's what we do every day without complain.
