Machan

Machan is located in Sector 29 in Gurgaon, right opposite the Lemon Tree Hotel and very close to the Kingdom of Dreams. This area is famous for having a lot of places to eat and drink, so there is always something going on. We have been here for a while and have seen Sector 29 grow into a very busy hub. We get a lot of people who work in the nearby office towers and come here after they finish their shift. The evenings are our busiest time when the lights come on and the whole street gets crowded with cars. It is hard to find parking around here, but people still make the trip. Inside, we have enough room for groups to sit together. We don't use any fancy marketing tricks, we just keep the doors open and serve the food that people like. The kitchen is always humming with activity, and I spend most of my time making sure the staff has what they need. We have a few windows that look out toward the hotel and the street. It is a fast-paced environment and you have to be quick on your feet to work here. We are just a local restaurant trying to do our part in this busy corner of Gurgaon. Sometimes it gets a bit overwhelming when the crowds are huge, but we just take it one order at a time and keep going.
