Our setup for Knkpinnakle Constructions Llp is over at B 9 in Rosewood City, Sector 49. It's a decent area and easy for our teams to get to every morning. We deal with construction projects, mostly around this part of town. There are always trucks coming and going from the site. Some days the phones don't stop ringing and other days it's quiet enough to actually get some filing done in the office. We aren't a massive firm with hundreds of offices everywhere. It’s just us right here in Rosewood City. We handle the blueprints, talk to the masonry guys, and make sure the materials show up when they are supposed to. Sometimes the rain messes up the schedule, but that's just life in this industry. We’ve been operating out of Sector 49 for a bit now and we know the local suppliers pretty well. It helps to be close to where the work is actually happening. You won't find us using big words or fancy presentations to get a point across. We just talk plain English and get to the point of the job. If a wall needs building, we build it. If a site needs clearing, we clear it. It is honest labor. We like the routine of it all. Every morning we start early, usually before the sun is fully up, to beat the heat. It's a long day but at the end, you can actually see what you've made with your hands.
