K2 Restaurant

K2 Restaurant is up on the 3rd floor of The Plaza Mall on MG Road in Gurgaon. It is a modern part of the city, so things are always moving fast around here. Being in a mall means we deal with a lot of shoppers and office workers who are looking for a place to sit down for a bit. The elevators are usually busy and the mall music is always playing in the corridors. Our place has tables and chairs spread out and we try to keep it comfortable. We have a view of the street below if you sit near the edge, which is nice when the lights come on at night. The kitchen is tucked away in the back and you can hear the chefs working through the service hatch. It is a different vibe than a street-side shop because everything is a bit more enclosed. We get a lot of groups on the weekends when families come out to the mall. During the week, it is more about the lunch hour rush from the nearby offices. We have been here for a while and have seen many shops come and go in the mall, but we are still serving our regulars. It is a clean, simple space where you can get a meal without too much fuss. We just focus on the daily routine of opening up and making sure everything is ready.
