Juice Zone Caf

Juice Zone Caf is located over at Central Arcade in units 101 and 102. It is a decent sized spot for the kind of work we do every day. Every morning starts with a lot of chopping and sorting through the fruit crates. We get the deliveries in early and have to check what is good and what needs to be tossed out. It’s a lot of manual work that customers don’t really see from the other side of the counter. We’ve been in this arcade for a while now, so we see the same faces walking by to their offices or the other shops nearby. We try to keep the tables clean, but with kids and spilled drinks, it feels like a constant battle. The machines make a lot of noise when they are running, so we often have to talk a bit louder to be heard. We aren’t trying to be some fancy five-star place. It’s just a simple cafe where you can get a drink or a quick snack while you’re out on your errands. The lighting in the arcade isn't always the best, so we’ve put up some extra lights inside our unit. Sometimes we run out of a specific fruit by late afternoon and have to tell people we’re out for the day, which is annoying but it happens when you buy fresh daily. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us making sure everything is handled. It is steady work.
