J. Nitin Merchandising

We are based at B-59 in South City, Phase-I. It’s a fairly quiet residential block, so it doesn't really feel like we are in the middle of a big business hub. J. Nitin Merchandising has been here for a good while now. The office is basically just a few rooms filled with desks and samples of the stuff we trade. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure the merchandising work we do is solid. My desk is always covered in sticky notes and half-empty cups of tea. We have a small staff, and we usually spend our time talking to manufacturers and checking up on order statuses. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, which gives us a few minutes to step outside for some air. South City is a nice place to be, and there are some good food stalls nearby for lunch. We don't have any polished speeches about what we do. We just source products, negotiate prices, and make sure the goods get to where they are supposed to go. It’s a lot of mundane tasks put together, but we take it seriously. The office feels more like a home than a workplace sometimes, probably because we’ve spent so many hours here over the years. It’s just us, doing our thing every day.
