GENIMAA NIRMANAM LLP is located on the first floor of the Suncity Trade Tower, Unit No. 120. We are right in Sector-21, which is part of the Old Delhi Gurgaon Road area. It’s a very busy industrial complex near Dundahera. Being in a trade tower means there are always people in the elevators and a lot of noise in the hallways. Our office is just one of many, but we’ve made it our own. It’s a bit cramped with all the files and equipment we have lying around. The view from the window is mostly just more buildings and the traffic moving on the road below. We get a lot of dust because of the construction nearby, so we are always cleaning the desks. It’s not the quietest place to work, but we like the energy of the Dundahera area. Most of the staff has been here for a while and we know the guys who run the little food stalls downstairs. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or trying to look like a big corporation. We just come in, do the work, and deal with the Gurgaon heat. There is always something to fix or a call to take from someone. It is a busy life here.
