Flip Bistro

Flip Bistro is located on the ground floor at SG-16 in Galleria Market. If you know DLF City Phase 4 you have probably walked past us while you were out shopping. We are right across from the DLF City Club. It is a small space which is typical for the shops in Galleria. We started this because we wanted a place in Gurgaon where we could just serve decent food without all the fluff. The market is always packed especially on the weekends so it gets pretty tight inside the bistro. We have a few tables out front too if the weather is okay. Most of the time the staff is running around trying to keep up with the orders from the nearby offices. It is a bit chaotic during the lunch hour but that is just how it is here. We do not have any big corporate backing. It is just a small team of us working here. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen experimenting with the menu. Some things work and some do not but we keep the favorites on the board. The neighbors in Phase 4 are our main customers. We had some issues with the plumbing lately but we got it fixed up. The vibe is very casual. You can come in your gym clothes or a suit and nobody really cares. It is just a local bistro in a busy corner of the 122002 zip code. We try to keep the music down.
