FLEET BUILDCON LLP is based in Shiv Colony, Sohna, which is part of the larger Gurgaon area. Our office is at Subhash Chander’s place, and it is a very down-to-earth setup. Sohna is developing quite a lot these days, but we still like the feel of being in a local colony rather than a big commercial park. We deal with building and construction work, and we are usually out on the road moving between different sites. Being in Shiv Colony means we are close to the people we serve. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a room where we can sit down and go over the bills or the project timelines. We don't have any marketing experts or fancy brochures. We just talk to people face-to-face and get to work. Sometimes the traffic in Sohna can be a real headache when we are trying to get our machines to a site, but we have learned to plan around it. We are just a small team of workers and managers who know the local area well. We like the fact that we can work in our own neighborhood and see the buildings we worked on every time we drive by. It is a practical life, and we don't try to make it sound like anything more than it is. We just focus on the day’s tasks and hope for clear weather.
