Fcg Infra Llp is located at Plot No. 42 in Sector 18. It’s a decent spot for a business like ours. We mostly handle infrastructure projects and general site management. The office is just a place where we keep our tools and papers. Most of our time is spent out in the field. Sector 18 is a good central location, which helps when we need to get to different sites quickly across the city. We aren't a big fancy firm with a glossy brochure or a sales team. We just work hard and try to get things done on time. Construction is a lot of back-and-forth between different teams. We deal with the labor, the materials, and the daily problems that pop up on any site. It’s not always easy. Some days the machines break down or the supply truck is late because of some road closure. We just deal with it. We’ve been doing this for a while, so we know the drill. We focus on being reliable. If we say we’re going to be there, we try our best to show up. It’s a small team, so everyone knows what everyone else is doing. We don't have a lot of layers of management. You just talk to us directly if there’s an issue. It’s a simple way of working, and it seems to work for us. We keep our overhead low so we can stay competitive. It’s just us, some trucks, and a lot of hard work every single day.
