We are set up at House No. 4333 in our sector. It is more of a home-office vibe than a corporate one, which suits us just fine. We have some desks pushed together in the main room and a lot of filing cabinets that are probably fuller than they should be. We deal with buildcon projects, which keeps us pretty mobile. We are not the type of people who stay glued to our chairs all day. Usually, half the team is out at a site while the rest of us try to keep the administrative side of things from falling apart. It is a bit of a balancing act. We do not have any fancy mission statements hanging on the walls. Instead, we have calendars with deadlines circled in red marker. It is a very practical environment. Sometimes the neighbor’s dog barks while we are on a call, or we have to move our cars because the street is getting cleaned. That is just life in a residential sector. We are honest about what we do and how we do it. We don't promise things we can't deliver, and we don't try to look bigger than we are. We are just a local group of builders who know the area and know how to get things done. It is not always perfect, and sometimes we run behind schedule, but we always show up and do the work.
