Excell Landbase LLP

Our office for Excell Landbase is over in DLF Phase I. It is an older part of Gurgaon compared to the new sectors, but we like it here. The address is E-2/13, and it’s a pretty easy spot to find if you know the area. DLF Phase I has a different feel, more trees and less of those massive skyscrapers that block out the sun. We have been working out of this space for some time now. Inside, it looks like any other office where real estate work happens. There are maps on the walls and plenty of files tucked away in cabinets. We mostly spend our mornings answering calls and meeting folks who want to know about land or property in the area. It is not always exciting, but it keeps us busy. The commute can be a bit of a pain depending on the weather, but being in a central spot like this helps. Sometimes the internet acts up, or the power goes out for a bit, but we just wait it out or use our phones. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It's just a handful of us trying to make sense of the land market here. We drink a lot of tea and talk about the local developments. It is a straightforward way to earn a living. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture, just what we need to get the job done right and stay organized for the next day.
