Elan City Llp

We’re located on the third floor of the Golf View Corporate Tower right on Golf Course Road in Sector 42. It’s a busy area with a lot of traffic and tall buildings all around us. Elan City Llp is run by a group of people who have been in the property and city planning business for quite a while now. Our office isn't overly decorated; it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of coffee cups. We spend our days looking at floor plans and talking to contractors about various projects. Being in Sector 42 means we are right in the heart of where everything is happening in Gurgaon. It gets pretty loud outside sometimes, but we’re used to it. We don't really do the whole big corporate speech thing. We just focus on the work at hand and try to make sure things are moving along on schedule. Sometimes projects get delayed, and that’s just part of the reality of this business. We deal with a lot of different people, from architects to the guys actually laying the bricks. It’s a mix of office work and site visits, though we spend more time in this tower than we probably should. If you ever come by, the view of the golf course is actually pretty nice from up here. Elan City Llp is just us trying to keep up with the fast pace of the city. We do our best to stay organized.
