Eastway Buildwell LLP

Our office is located at Flat No. 902 in Tower 16 of the Pyramid UB 1 complex. This is right in Village Palra, which is part of Sector-70A in Gurgaon. If you know the Badshahpur area, you know how much it has changed over the last few years. It used to be much quieter, but now there are towers going up everywhere you look. We operate Eastway Buildwell LLP from this flat. It’s a bit of a climb if the elevators are acting up, but it gives us a good view of the construction happening all around us. Gurgaon is a fast-paced place, and we try to keep up without getting lost in all the corporate noise. We aren't a big firm with a lot of layers. Usually, it is just a few of us coordinating with contractors and checking on site progress. Working out of a residential tower keeps us close to the kind of buildings we actually work on. We don't use a lot of fancy language to describe what we do. Building is about getting the foundations right and making sure the finishing isn't sloppy. We’ve had days where nothing goes right and days where everything clicks. That is just how the building trade is. We’ve been here in the 122101 area for a bit, and we’ve learned a lot about how things work in this part of Haryana. We just keep our heads down and stay busy through the year.
