Delhi Public School, Gurgaon

Delhi Public School, Gurgaon sits at Site No. I in Sector-45. It’s a large plot in the Urban Estate area. We have been part of this neighborhood for quite a while now. If you live in Sector-45, you probably hear our morning announcements. The gates open early and the street gets crowded with buses and cars. It is a bit of a squeeze during drop-off times. We have a lot of ground to cover every day. The hallways are long and always have something going on. We don't try to look like a five-star hotel. It’s a school, so there’s always a bit of a mess somewhere. Maybe a stray football in the hallway or some art projects drying on the tables. The teachers are usually busy moving from one room to the next. We have a lot of students, so it never stays quiet for long. Even on weekends, there is often someone around doing maintenance or prep work. We just keep the place running the best we can. The building is solid and has seen many classes come and go. It’s a landmark in this part of Gurgaon. We don't need much more than the space we have and the books we use. It is a busy, functional place. We are just here doing the work.
