CNR DEVELOPERS LLP

Our firm, CNR DEVELOPERS LLP, is located at Plot No. 142 in F-Block of Sun City. That’s in Sector 54, Gurgaon. It’s a nice enough area with plenty of houses and green spots around. We’ve set up our office here to manage our various development projects. It’s a bit different from the crowded markets; it feels a little more relaxed, though we stay busy every day. We are developers, so our days are filled with looking at land, talking to architects, and sorting out legal papers. The office is just a regular room with some desks and a map on the wall. We don't really do the whole corporate polish thing. We’d rather spend our time on-site than making the office look like a magazine. Sector 54 is quite convenient for us because we can get to different parts of Gurgaon pretty quickly from here. Sun City is a well-known spot, so people usually don't have trouble finding us when they need to visit. We’ve got a small team, and we all pitch in on whatever needs doing. Sometimes that’s filing paperwork and sometimes it’s going out to check on a foundation or a wall. It’s just how we run things here. No big mission statements, just a group of people working on building things in the city. We’ve been here for a while and plan to keep at it for as long as there’s work to do in the neighborhood.
