Chadha Designs Pvt Ltd is located over at Hno C 288 in Sushant Lok. Gurgaon is a fast-moving place, but our little corner in Sushant Lok feels a bit more like a neighborhood. The house number is C 288, and we’ve converted it into our working space. It is a bit different from working in one of those huge glass office parks you see all over Gurgaon. Here, we have a bit more of a personal feel. The rooms are filled with our design projects and there are usually sketches or samples lying around on almost every flat surface. It can get a little messy when we are in the middle of a big project, but that is just how we work. We don't really bother with making everything look perfect for show. The light in this building is pretty good, which helps when we are trying to focus on the details. Most of the people who work here live in the surrounding area, so we are part of the local community. We don't have any grand mission statements on the walls. We just come in, sit down at our stations, and try to get our designs right. Sometimes the neighborhood is quiet, and other times there is construction noise from nearby houses, but we just put our heads down and get on with it. It’s a comfortable enough place to spend our working hours each day.
