Being based in Gurgaon, specifically over in Sector-30, means we’re always right in the middle of all the noise and construction. Our place at 79-A isn't anything special to look at from the outside, but inside we’re always busy. It’s a bit of a maze with all the desks and computers. Gurgaon has changed so much since we started, with buildings popping up everywhere you look. We try to keep our heads down and focus on the projects we have on our plates. It’s a lot of sitting in front of screens, but we try to get out to the sites as often as we can. There’s something about being on a dusty construction site that makes the drawings feel real. We work with a lot of different contractors and laborers, and let me tell you, it’s not always easy. Things get delayed, materials don't show up, or the weather decides not to cooperate. We just deal with it as it comes. We aren't trying to be the biggest name in town or anything. We just want to do work that people feel comfortable in. Whether it’s an office or a home, it just needs to function properly. That’s the main goal at the end of the day, really. Just making things work in a city that’s always moving way too fast.
