BluEnt Global Architectural Services, New Delhi

We’ve been working out of our office at 118, Ews Block in the Ansal Sushant Estate for a good while now. It’s situated in Sushant Lok 1, over in Gurgaon. Even though our name mentions New Delhi, this is where the actual work happens every day. It is a pretty standard setup with a few desks, some old drafting tables we still use for scratching out ideas, and a lot of computers that stay on way too late. The Ews Block isn't a fancy glass tower or anything like that, but it gets the job done for us. We spend most of our time here going over architectural plans and making sure the dimensions for our projects are right. Sometimes the commute from Delhi to Gurgaon can be a real pain with the traffic, but once we get into the office, things settle down. We have piles of blueprints and site maps all over the place. It’s not the most organized looking spot, but we know where every single paper is. We handle a variety of architectural tasks, mostly focusing on the technical drawings and planning phases that happen before any ground is even broken. It’s just us, a small team, drinking a lot of tea and staring at CAD screens. We don’t really do the whole corporate pitch thing. We just focus on the drawings and trying to make sure the builders have what they need to actually build the things we design on paper.
