Our office is situated in Sector 22, Gurgaon. Even though the name Hatch Associates, Australia might sound like we’re from far away, we are very much a part of the local Haryana scene. Gurgaon is always growing, and being in Sector 22 puts us in a good spot to see everything happening. The office is a working space, plain and simple. We have our desks set up and we spend our hours dealing with various projects. It’s not a place with a fancy lobby or a bunch of awards on the wall. We just focus on the tasks at hand. The weather in Gurgaon can be tough, either too hot or too dusty, but the air conditioning keeps us going. We’re a small team here. We don't have a corporate handbook for how to talk to people. We just use common sense. Most of us have been in this industry for a while, so we know our way around the work. We drink a lot of tea and spend a lot of time looking at screens or documents. It’s a steady pace. Sometimes things get a bit hectic, especially towards the end of the month, but that’s normal for any business. We like being in this part of town because it’s easy to get to. There’s no mystery to what we do; we just work hard and go home.
