If you walk down the lanes of Malviya Nagar in Sonipat, you’ll find us at H.No. 125B/30. It’s a residential area mostly, so it stays fairly calm during the day. Pardeep started this and we’ve just kept going from this same spot. The office is basically a few rooms filled with computers and large format printers that sometimes jam when we're in a hurry. We don’t have a big sign out front or anything, just a small plate on the gate. Most of the time we are busy checking drawings for errors or discussing how to handle the latest change in municipal rules. It’s regular work, really. We talk to masons, we talk to clients, and we spend a lot of time trying to make sure the numbers add up on the structural sheets. Sonipat is growing fast, so there’s always something happening, but we like staying tucked away in this part of town. The chairs in the office have seen better days, and there’s always a stack of old blueprints in the corner that we probably should have cleared out years ago. We drink a lot of water because it gets hot in the summer, and we try to get out to the sites before the sun gets too high. It’s a simple way to work, focusing on one drawing at a time without any big corporate talk or fancy presentations. We just get it done.
