We’ve got our setup over in Adarsh Nagar, Gurgaon, at 273/1/1. It’s a mix of architecture and engineering here, which means there’s always a lot of technical talk flying around. One person is worried about how a beam looks, and the other is worried about if it’ll actually hold the weight. It makes for some interesting lunch conversations. The office isn't very large, so we’re all pretty much on top of each other. You’ll find rolls of drawings everywhere and probably a few hard hats lying around on the floor. Gurgaon is a tough place to build because everything moves so fast and the regulations seem to change every other week. We spend a lot of time on the phone or driving out to sites to make sure things are going the way they should. It’s rarely a nine-to-five job. Sometimes we’re still here late at night trying to fix a calculation or re-draw a section that didn't work out. We don't use any fancy talk about our "philosophy" or whatever. We just want the buildings to stay up and the clients to not be unhappy with us. It’s a lot of grunt work, honestly, but it’s what we know. We just take it one day at a time and try to keep the mistakes to a minimum.
