Biso

Biso is located inside the Citrus Hotel in Sector 29, Gurgaon. You can find us at Plot No- 285 & 286. We are very close to the Millenium City Centre, which is a major landmark in this area. Sector 29 is a busy hub with a lot of energy. Being part of a hotel means our routine is a bit different. We see a lot of travelers and people coming in for business meetings. We aren't a big corporate company ourselves. We are just a kitchen team that works hard every shift. The day usually starts with checking the inventory and getting the fresh produce ready. We don't have a mission statement or use fancy words to describe what we do. We just focus on the cooking. The kitchen can be a high-pressure environment, especially when the hotel is full. We don't have a big marketing budget. We just rely on the people who stay at the hotel or work nearby in Gurgaon. The dining space is clean and simple. We use the ingredients we can get from the local markets. It’s a lot of work to keep things running smoothly, but we’ve been doing it for a while now. We don't make any grand promises. We just show up and do our jobs. If you are near the City Centre, we are just a short walk away inside the hotel gates.
