Baba Guria Blossom School

Baba Guria Blossom School is located in Bhagowal, which is a small spot in the Gurdaspur district. We are primarily a school for younger children from this rural area. The school building is simple, just a one-story structure with a few rooms painted in bright colors. We have a small courtyard in the middle where the kids gather for their morning prayers and exercises. It’s a peaceful place for the most part, except when the children are out playing during their break. We have a few swings and some open ground where they run around and get their uniforms dirty. The teachers we have are like family to the kids; they know everyone’s name and which house they come from. We don't have many resources, so we make do with what we have, using old charts and basic supplies for our daily lessons. Life in Bhagowal is slow, and our school follows that same pace. Parents often stop by the gate to have a quick word with us before they head off to work in the fields. We spend a lot of time just keeping the place clean and making sure the kids are safe and happy while they are with us. It’s not a complicated operation, just a small local school trying to do its part for the children in this corner of Gurdaspur. We like the quiet life here and just focus on the basics of early education.
