Vdh Organics Pvt. Ltd. is out in the Meerut Road Industrial Area, specifically in the Guldher part at C 7/1/6. It’s a proper industrial zone. You won't find many trees or parks around here, just lots of factories and trucks. We work on organic products, which is a bit funny because the area feels so industrial and gritty. Our building is a simple grey structure like most of the others on this block. Inside, we have our processing setup. We spend our days managing the intake of raw organic materials and turning them into whatever the customer order calls for. It’s a lot of cleaning and monitoring the equipment. The air in Guldher is always thick with the sound of machinery from the neighboring units. We don't have a big HR department or any fancy lunchrooms. We usually just eat our tiffins together at a big wooden table in the back. The road outside can get pretty bad during the monsoon rains, with big puddles everywhere that never seem to dry up. We’ve had to fix our own sign a couple of times because of the wind and the dust. We aren't trying to be trendy with the "organic" label; it’s just the specific business we are in. We keep our heads down and get the work done. It’s a tough place to work sometimes, but we’re used to the rhythm of the industrial area and the noise of the trucks passing by all day.
