Lotuson Organics

Lotuson Organics is located at Shop No 40 in the Rajbala building. We are right on M.G. Road. It’s a good spot because it’s near Khajuri Bazar, so there are always people walking by. The shop is small and we have to be very careful about how we stack the products on the shelves. We deal with organic items, so we have to keep things clean and dry. It’s a lot of dusting and checking dates on everything. We don't have a big fancy storefront. It’s just a simple door and a window where we put a few things on display. Sometimes the light in the shop flickers a bit, but we haven't got around to calling the electrician yet. We usually just prop the door open to get some fresh air from the street. It can get quite loud with the traffic on M.G. Road, but you get used to it. We spend our time talking to customers and helping them find what they need. We aren't trying to push anyone to buy things they don't want. Most people who come in are regulars who live nearby. We know their names and what they usually look for. It’s a friendly place, but we are mostly focused on the work. We keep track of everything in a small notebook behind the counter. It’s not a high-tech operation, just us running a shop in a busy part of town.
