Vass Events Pvt Ltd is located over in the Sahibabad area, specifically around Ram Park and Shyam Park. If you know the Jaina Watch shop, we are right near there. It’s a busy spot, and we’ve been operating from this office for some time now. We mainly handle all the different parts of putting an event together, which usually means a lot of phone calls and lists. It can get pretty hectic in here when a big date is coming up. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of employees; we’re just a dedicated group of people who know how to get things moved from point A to point B. Whether it’s finding the right tents or making sure the sound system actually works, we’re the ones on the ground doing it. Sahibabad is a good place for us because we can reach different parts of the city fairly easily from here. We don't spend much time on fancy marketing talk. Most of our days are spent talking to vendors or checking on equipment in the back. It’s a lot of physical work and planning that most people don’t see until the day of the event. We’ve had our fair share of long nights and early mornings, but that’s just part of the deal when you’re in this line of work. We just try to stay organized and get the job done for whoever calls us up.
