S K Tent House

We've been here at Railway Road near the Loni Ikram Nagar Bus Stand for quite a while now. Most people know S K Tent House because we handle the basics for weddings and local functions. It’s just how we make a living. Usually, things get busy during the wedding season, so we’re often out moving poles and heavy fabrics around. Our shop isn't fancy. It’s just a place where we keep the stuff and talk to people who need help setting up for an event. Sometimes the weather makes things hard, but we deal with it. We just try to get the work done. If you walk past the bus stand, you’ll see us. It’s a loud area with all the traffic, but we like being in the middle of it. We don't have a big office or anything like that. Just some chairs and a desk where we write down bookings. Usually, it's just the family and a few workers helping out. We’ve seen a lot of changes on Railway Road over the years. Some shops went, some new ones came. We just stayed here doing the same thing. It's regular work, nothing special. People come in, ask about prices, and we tell them what we have available. We try to keep our gear in okay shape so nobody complains later. It’s honest work and keeps us busy. We aren't trying to be the biggest in town, just reliable enough for the neighbors.
