Sun Light Tent House

Our place is Sun Light Tent House and you can find us in Shastri Nagar. We spend most of our time out on the road moving poles and heavy fabric. The shop itself is mostly for storage and meeting people to talk about their events. We have piles of chairs and folded tents stacked up high. It’s heavy work and we are often tired by the time we get back to Shastri Nagar. During the wedding season we hardly sleep at all because there is always something to set up or take down. The fabric needs washing sometimes and we hang it out when there is space. It’s a family-run thing mostly. We’ve seen many parties and gatherings over the years. Some days the warehouse is empty because everything is out on a job. Other days we are just sitting here repairing small tears in the cloth or painting the poles. The neighborhood knows us well. We don't have a fancy office with air conditioning. It’s just a practical space for our gear. Sometimes the rain makes things difficult because wet tents are very heavy to carry. We just load the truck and go where we are needed. It’s hard work but it’s what we know how to do here at Sun Light Tent House. We keep the equipment ready for whenever the next call comes in.
