Spice Of India

You can find our place at the Volga Palace Compound, right near the Hapur Road Flyover on Vasant Road. Spice Of India is a place where we really focus on the daily meals. It is a very busy spot because of the flyover and all the constant traffic passing through this part of Ghaziabad. We get a real mix of people coming in to eat—some are just passing through the city, and some are people who live right nearby. The kitchen is almost always running. We make a lot of traditional dishes that people expect. It is not about being a 5-star fancy place; it is just about providing a solid, filling meal. The compound is fairly easy to spot once you are on Vasant Road. We have been here for a while now, through the heat and the dust of all the construction around the flyover. We serve lunch and dinner mostly. The staff we have are just local guys who know how to cook and serve people properly. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations or anything like that inside. It is just tables, chairs, and the smell of spices from the kitchen. Sometimes it gets really crowded in the evenings, especially when the weekend starts. We try our best to keep up with all the orders, but sometimes there is a bit of a wait for a table. That is just how it is sometimes. We appreciate the local people who keep coming back to us. It is a simple operation.
