Spack Laminators has a few spots here in the Anand Industrial Estate—numbers 60, 75, and 80. Being in Mohan Nagar means we are right in the middle of a lot of other factories. Our place is full of big machines that do the laminating work. It’s loud and it can get pretty warm when everything is running at once. We’ve expanded a bit over the years, which is why we’re spread across three different units now. Walking between them keeps us active, though it’s a bit of a pain when it rains. We handle a lot of different materials. Some days we’re really backed up with orders, and other days are a bit more relaxed. We don't have a big corporate team; it’s mostly just the folks on the floor and a few of us in the office. We try to keep the machines in good shape, but they’re old and need some love sometimes. People around Mohan Nagar know us as the lamination guys. We don't do any big speeches about what we do. We just take the sheets, run them through, and make sure they look okay. It’s practical work for practical people. We’ve been part of this estate for a long time and we’ve seen businesses come and go. We just stay focused on our own units and the work at hand. Most of our staff have been with us for years, so we’re like a big, loud family.
