Crown Machinery Pvt. Ltd. mostly operates out of our godown at D-5 on Bulandshahar Road. It is right in the middle of the industrial area, which is where we need to be for this kind of work. The godown is a big, tall building with a heavy iron door that we roll up every morning. Inside, it is full of machinery and crates. It can be a bit cold in the winter and very hot in the summer because it is just a big open space. We spend a lot of time loading and unloading trucks that come in from the main road. The traffic on Bulandshahar Road is always heavy with big lorries, so we have to be careful when we are moving things around outside. We have a small desk tucked into one corner where we keep our ledgers and phone. It is not much of an office, but it works for us. We don't really have many visitors who aren't truck drivers or delivery guys. We are just a small crew of people who know how to handle heavy equipment. Most of our day is spent checking inventory and making sure everything is where it should be. It is physical work and it keeps us busy. We have been at this location for a long time and we know all the neighbors in the other godowns. It is just a regular day-to-day routine here for us at Crown Machinery.
