Bajaj Process Pack Ltd. is located at 7/27 in the Jai Lakshmi Industrial Estate. This is part of Site IV in the Sahibabad Industrial Area. If you’ve ever been to Sahibabad, you know it’s full of factories and warehouses. The roads can be pretty rough with all the heavy trucks moving around, and there’s always the sound of machinery in the air. Our facility is just one of many in this estate. Inside, it’s mostly about the packaging and processing machines. They make a lot of noise, so you usually have to raise your voice to be heard on the floor. It’s a very hands-on environment. We have people working in shifts to keep everything running smoothly. The office part is just a small corner where we keep the books and handle the orders. It’s often a bit cluttered with samples and spare parts for the machines. We don't have a fancy lobby or a coffee machine for guests. If you come by, you’ll likely find us in our work clothes, maybe covered in a bit of grease or dust. We’ve been at this Jai Lakshmi Industrial Estate location for quite some time, and we know most of the other business owners nearby. It’s a tough, busy place to work, but we are used to the pace of the industrial area. We just focus on keeping the machines going. It is a noisy life but it is ours.
