Bajaj Process Pack Maschinen Pvt. Ltd.

Down here at Jai Lakshmi Industrial Estate, things stay pretty busy from morning until late. We are Bajaj Process Pack Maschinen Pvt. Ltd. and we work out of site 7/27. If you know this part of town, it's mostly industrial units and workshops all around us. We deal with packing machines mostly. There is always a lot of noise coming from the neighboring units and from our own shop floor too. We have these big machines that take up most of the space inside. It is definitely not a quiet office job. We wear our work clothes and usually have grease on our hands by lunch time. The loading bay is almost always full of wooden crates ready to go. Some days the big trucks can’t even get all the way in because the lane is so narrow and crowded. We just make it work though. We have been in this spot for quite a bit of time now. It's nothing fancy, just a lot of steel and various spare parts lying around on the benches. We don't really have a big reception area or a place for guests to sit. If someone stops by to check on an order, they usually just talk to us right on the factory floor while we work. We focus on getting the machines built and shipped out to the customers. The paperwork just piles up on a small desk in the corner. It's a lot of manual work and checking parts.
